Tui Magic Life Calabria All Inclusive

We stayed here in May this year and everything was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious – especially the pizza, which was amazing. There was a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, which we really appreciated. One of the pools had heated water, which was a huge plus, especially when traveling with kids. We could swim comfortably without worrying about the temperature. I’ve never felt the need to return to a hotel I’ve already stayed at – but this place is an exception. We will definitely be coming back!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Brilliant for children, with two different pools, a splash pool, and a families only pool. The food was very good and themed on different nights as was the entertainment. Would definitely go back again!

Good overall, but let down massively by the rooms. Aircon not working was a theme with possibly the worst pillows ever. Guest services smiley but not really helpful and at times a little pathetic. IE tried to change a euro note to use in their arcade machines as needed a few 2 euro coins. Told to use machines that only give out 1 euro coins!! Said they couldn't change but suddenly found some in there till after challenging!! 🙄😶😡 Food is really good in the buffet with daily changes to keep it fresh and interesting. Other restaurants available but found the buffet better in quality. Core staff are excellent in service and help. Cannot fault them at all.. Pools are good however there is no way to access if you can't just jump in. Deep for kids at 1.5 meters with no change in depth. Arm bands needed if child can't swim. Splash pool with small water slides available but unable to use if Adult with a small child. Lots of whistles going off for adults trying to enjoy a slide with their tots but ok for children 2 and older. Beach good for a swim but not much else. No experience of the watersports and didn't see anyone really using the facility which would suggest it's either overpriced or like the main Reception desk service. Summary - Rooms not great but you only really sleep in them. Sort out pillows and Aircon would be great. - Pools overall good. Be mindful of the depth with children. - Food + Drink Really good especially the Buffet Restaurant. - Cleanliness and Hygiene 5 Star absolutely brilliant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - Entertainment standard for resorts like this.
