Tui Magic Life Jacaranda All Inclusive

You understand the quality of the hotel as soon as you enter the hotel. A smiling reception welcomes you. We did not experience any problems with any of the staff. The pool was very large. There was only the smell of flowers in the area. There was a quality service at the beach bar on the beach. The sea is completely sand. There were small stones but there were no stings or injuries. 98% sand. Food/drinks are very high quality. I stayed for 5 nights and I do not remember eating or drinking anything bad. The rooms were cleaned every day and we did not experience any problems with hygiene. It was full every evening as an event. The groups they brought for live music were very good. We did not realize how good the hotel was when we were researching it. Thanks to everyone who made it this good.

I stayed at TUI Magic Life Jacaranda in September 2024 and honestly – it was pure paradise! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The pool is huge, with plenty of sunbeds – no need to wake up at 6 AM to reserve one. The rooms are also very stylish, clean and comfortable – everything you need for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping was great and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The food? Incredible. Delicious breakfasts, lunches, and themed dinners every evening. Plus, there are extra food stands throughout the day with snacks and treats – all included, no extra cost. Perfect for when you're just a little hungry after the pool! The open bar offers a great selection of drinks – alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I especially loved the iced coffee, it was a daily must-have! Cocktails were tasty and made with care. Families with kids will love it here – there are slides for the little ones, fun activities, and what really stood out to me: free childcare services. Parents can actually relax while their kids are having the time of their lives in safe hands. And the cherry on top? There's a direct path from the hotel to the beach – super convenient and easy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and making sure we had a great time. Some of them even spoke Polish or other languages, which made communication super easy and pleasant! I highly recommend this place! I was there with my family and friends; there were 14 of us. We all highly recommend this hotel. I hope that someday I will be able to go back there ❤️

I want to make a complaint about a hotel where there are more vacationers than sunbeds, instead of a person relaxing and enjoying their vacation, you have to run and fight every morning to get a sunbed, and our friends were sent to a hotel where they don't let us in and we don't have the opportunity to relax together. I spent 5 days at the sea and couldn't go to the pool because there is never a place, the children are desperate. There is no point in asking the manager for help, because he will argue with you and pointlessly tell you that they don't have any problems with the hotel. In addition, there are a million problems with the hotel's service and rooms. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend anyone to rest here
