Tui Magic Life Kalawy

We enjoyed our stay at Magic Life Kalawy. We did not mind it being completely in the middle of nowhere. Food was fine, room was spacious and clean and the sea view was great. Our kids enjoyed slides and Mymo club - thanks Elisa and Cameron. Entertainment team was doing amazing job, with activities for all ages. Staff were friendly, but sometimes I had impression they are overworked. Resort is well looked after, you can see people looking after plants, lawns, cleaners working hard in extreme heat, well done guys. I need to say that WiFi is terrible at this hotel. Slow speeds and pretty much only available outside rooms, that was disappointing. WiFi is theoretically available in rooms but very intermittent. Overall, great place for family, relaxing holiday and much recommended especially if need want to have time away from your phone 😀😀

I visited this place with my wife to relax and do some snorkeling. The club is marvelous. You can eat at every time of the day, and it's always delicious. The same goes for entertainment. There is always something to do, starting from aqua gymnastics, indoor cycling, watching a movie at the beach cinema, to seeing a show at the amphitheater. The staff was super friendly and forthcoming (we had some issues with our safe). The reef is gorgeous with many fish, turtles and rays swimming right next to you. The club also has a lagoon with very calm water, another plus for families with young children.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, but there were some drawbacks worth mentioning. The hotel itself is very clean, and the water in the pools is pleasantly warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. However, after 10 a.m., it was almost impossible to find a free sunbed by the pool — they were all taken very early in the morning. The beach is clean and well-maintained, and the evening entertainment program was quite good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service at the beach bar was disappointing. The waiters mostly paid attention only to guests who tipped them, while others were often ignored. The food at the hotel was absolutely excellent — fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. One major downside was the pharmacy located on the hotel grounds. The prices of medicine were outrageously high, marked up by as much as 1000%, which felt very exploitative. Another issue was the air conditioning in the rooms, which was very loud and sometimes made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the stay was nice, but with a few improvements — especially in service and room comfort — the experience could have been much bette
