The hotel met my expectations. I don’t understand where the negative reviews come from. The staff were very kind, smiling, and helpful. My room was comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The surroundings were peaceful. The entertainment program was very rich. The animators were fantastic! They created a great atmosphere and were very well-prepared. You could also take advantage of free tennis lessons and a bike trip. The hotel space is very well designed. You can easily find a quiet place to relax in the garden: on a hammock, swings, or by the beach and pier. As for the food, it truly the best. The chef made sure it was varied, delicious, and plentiful. There were plenty of Turkish and international delicacies. People on diets, with allergies, or intolerances can also enjoy a flavorful culinary experience. I recommend this hotel both for active holidays and for peaceful relaxation away from everyday life.

TUI Magic Life Rixos Beldibi was the perfect couples’ escape. Set between the mountains and the sea, the views were stunning and the whole resort had a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it easy to relax and disconnect. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery and quiet corners to unwind. The food was consistently fresh and tasty, with plenty of variety and romantic à la carte dining options. What really stood out was the exceptional service—staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The beach and pool areas never felt crowded, and the spa experience was a real highlight. While the rooms were comfortable, a few small updates could elevate them further. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to couples looking for a mix of comfort, nature, and great service.

Well, where do I start with this hotel? Firstly, when I arrived at the hotel and entered my room there was still ash in the ashtray from the previous guests. The room was dated & the air conditioning didn't work. I called reception 3 times to try & resolve the issue and each time they claimed to have fixed it, but they didn't. It wasn't until I went down to reception to complain face-2-face that they informed me nobody had even gone to check it. The food served in the restaurant at lunch is near enough exactly the same food you get at dinner, which gets extremely repetitive! Sadly, the thing that really let this hotel down the most is the atmosphere, which other Magic life hotels do so well & pride themselves on. I have stayed at a number of other Magic Life hotels, which have all been excellent , but this hotel gives both Magic life & Rixos brands a bad name. The entertainment team are by far the worst i've seen & are the largest contributing factor to the poor atmosphere of the hotel. They do very little to engage the guests & when they were walking around the hotel between activities , they just appeared so miserable & uninterested, like they did not want to be there. Whenever I spoke with them, I got the feeling that you weren't welcome and they didn't want you there. It's such a shame as other Magic life hotels are excellent at building an inclusive & family like atmosphere (that is what Magic Life is about!) for all types of travellers, whether they are groups ,or solo. However, the team here have sadly failed to do that . As a solo traveller I introduced myself to the Magic angel rep on the first night (the rep responsible for bringing solo travellers together), she introduced herself to me by saying 'hello' & then just walked off (thanks!). The other reps were just rude & ignored you, with no intention of building a community atmosphere. In fact, I wanted to cancel my trip early as I was very upset with my experience (which i've never done before at any hotel) and felt discriminated against as a solo traveller, but ended up staying in my room on my last night, counting down the time to my departure. If this hotel wants to improve it's image it really could do with a full re-branding, refurbishment & new entertainment team if it wants to even stand a chance of competing with the brands other hotels. This experience has made me cautious about booking any further TUI Magic life (and Rixos) hotels as it shows a lack of consistency between the experiences & levels of service offered by the different hotels. The only positive takeaway was the local staff who worked in the restaurant & poolside bar were offering a good service & were welcoming. I was warned by guests at other Magic life hotels to avoid this particular hotel as they had shared similar negative views of their experience. However, due to other hotels being unavailable due to it being peak season I thought I would give it a chance to see for myself. Never again!
