Tui Magic Life Sarigerme

I came to this hotel on 3 separate occasions last week using a day pass which allowed me to have dinner and see the evening shows and entertainment. The food was delicious and every staff member I met very kind and friendly. Particularly special mention to the entertainment and show team who were all incredible, especially Mzamo who was not only talented but also went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

This is a beautiful resort. While I’ve visited already a few of TUI Magic Life properties, this one is truly exceptional. Located on a hill with great (2-3 person) rooms in the main building and large bungalows (we used it as a family of 4 but probably with small kids you can go with up to 6 persons) located uphill in a kind of a forest garden. The facilities are not super new but they are well maintained and kept very clean. Lots of sport activities to offer, windsurfing and catamaran licenses to train and pass, great bike rides organized by the hotel staff around the area with distances from 10 to 50km and difficulty from easy to hard. The two pools and a sandy beach make it a place for everyone. Strongly recommend. The only issue is that the area to the west from the hotel is blocked and you cannot have a nice walk - while anyone can pass through TUI Magic Life Sarigerme (they have a public road going through it), owners of TUI Blue Sena didn’t do the same and as a result blocked a big part of the hills. Their staff is also very unpleasant and does not speak good English so if you like walking, you will have to go around, which is a pitty. Each hotel should be required to have public road going through it like it goes through Magic Life… So all in all - amazing place, bad neighbors :-)

Yesterday, 19.07, my husband and I arrived (we have a honeymoon), we had previously booked a Standard double room (attention: NOT A BUNGALOW). We arrived and they put us in an old, smelly bungalow, which is also far from the sea, justifying this by saying that they have a "Russian roulette" system when checking in, that is, whichever Economy room is free, that's what they check you into. The most important thing is that this is NOTHING explained ANYWHERE (!) while booking. Okay, if you have a "random" distribution of rooms, at least give your guests exactly what they booked when viewing photos on Booking.com. Kind recommendation to this Hotel: please, work with Booking.com properly. Some of you: Booking.com or Magic life misinform guests, at least from the CIS countries for sure. Please remember that rooms are booked by guests looking at photos and reading the names of the rooms, and not by reading the class to which the room belongs (there is no such division on Booking.com at all). To be fair, we managed to be moved to the room that we booked. However, we lost one day, the first day of our honeymoon, it was a very nervous and difficult day, we fought for our own room, which we paid for and chose. Not a very pleasant situation, I hope that you will urgently fix this, otherwise you can lose the loyalty of your guests. Please pay attention to this situation. Thank you in advance.
