Tulemar Resort

I stayed three nights here with my two daughters in one of the bungalow rooms and would absolutely stay here again. We stayed in one of the more basic bungalow rooms. It wasn’t “fancy” but it was spacious, we enjoyed having a little kitchenette, and the view was epic. The service at the resort was fantastic. We used the shuttle service throughout the resort multiple times a day. While I had planned on doing more exploring in the area, we ended up spending most of our time at the resort because the private beach was just such an amazing place. The complimentary use of beach chairs and boogie boards was awesome. We dined at the Tulemar Cafe for dinner a couple of nights when it was raining too hard to consider driving anywhere else. Food was good and we enjoyed live music one of the nights there. Overall - a great experience. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to others

We absolutely loved our time at Tulemar! Everything was wonderful from our beautiful room, to the Tule Cafe breakfasts, to the warm and accommodating staff. Jorge was a very attentive concierge and we appreciated him! Johann was also wonderful and genuine on our shuttle rides to the beach. The beach staff were there for everything we needed and the beach was just about perfect and relaxing. My husband and son enjoyed some great boogie boarding! There was amazing wildlife everywhere. This was our family’s favorite stop in Costa Rica!

Our stay at Tulemar was incredible. We stayed in Tule Villa and it was an amazing property. Wildlife surrounded us, the pool and hot tub were great. The resort area sits on a very steep hill so we made use of the shuttle back and forth to the beach. The staff was so attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend using the chef services for a meal or two. We went with our large family. Have a return trip planned for just my husband and me next year. Can't wait to get back there.
