Tuli International

I recently stayed at Hotel Tuli International and had a mixed experience. The ambience and atmosphere were quite pleasant, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff were courteous and helpful, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. However, I was disappointed with the bathroom maintenance, especially considering the price point. For the rate they charge, I expected better upkeep and cleanliness in the bathrooms. This aspect definitely needs improvement to match the otherwise good standards of the hotel. Overall, it's a decent place with a great atmosphere and staff, but the bathroom conditions need attention to justify the pricing.

Based on the time and money that has been spent on the interiors of the hotel, it's well thought. Don't go under the impression with the word 'international' in it, for you to expect huge things. We specifically went for the restaurant. The menu has unique dishes and even unique names given to them, that you'd spend a few minutes to learn how to pronounce them or know their meaning. Harder the name, expensive the dish. The ambience of the restaurant seemed fine. The worst was that the entire hotel lost current after 20 minutes when we reached. Despite every other shop outside the hotel was well lit. We waited another 20 minutes, and then we were informed that it was going to take longer. And mind you, it was absolutely dark. Nobody tried to get any emergency lights for the guests or customers. Everyone was using their cellphone flashlights to find way. If I would have tasted the food they make, I would have been able to describe more. It could have been a sudden disaster for them to manage. But an evening was well spoiled.

They charge ₹5000/- per night but I booked via goibibo with ₹3800/- and I got messy, very old and very bad room. I think they give this kind of room for ibibo bookings and to direct booking they give good quality room. Secondly, they were refusing to give room service and reason was they don't have male staff. This reason is completely not acceptable. In room I found AC controller was broken, bathroom vent window was rusty, wall putty peel out, bathroom door colour peel out. I seriously didn't like the room. Other than above points room size was good and food quality was also good but because of these point I have given low rating.
