Wonderful Stay! I had a great experience at Tulip City Taksim Hotel. The staff were kind, the room was clean, and the location is perfect. I hope they keep the same price because the value is excellent. I’ll definitely come back!

My stay at Tulip City Hotel – A disappointing experience overall My spouse and I stayed at Tulip City Hotel for a week last week. While the location is convenient—just a short walk from Taksim, metro and bus stations—please note that there is a steep uphill walk from the bus stop to the hotel, though it’s manageable. Positive aspects: • The room was clean. • Breakfast was average, exactly what you’d expect from a standard 3-star hotel. However, several serious issues made our stay quite unpleasant: • No in-room safe box: I asked the reception every morning and evening for four days to bring a safe box to our room. They finally brought one after a heated complaint on the last day—but it was broken and unusable. • Lack of basic room service: Drinking water was not restocked regularly; we had to go and get it ourselves from the back area. • Severe noise disturbances: Every morning around 4 AM, hotel staff made loud banging noises in the emergency stairwell on our floor—which was already under construction. They also spoke and laughed very loudly, waking us up every day. We couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. • Very small room and a broken toilet, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. In short, I do not recommend this hotel. It failed to deliver even the minimum level of comfort and responsiveness expected from a 3-star hotel. We will definitely be choosing a different place next time.

The only two good things about this hotel is the location near by Galatatower and the breakfast was also not too bad. Every single other aspect about this hotel was just not good. Poor customer service. They pretend to listen to you but they just don't care that much about your problem. Most importantly after 3 times mentioning that the Airco wasn't functioning correctly, they didn't take any action to resolve the issue. I ended up giving it up bc it makes no sense to speak to people who don't really care about customers concerns.
