I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was clean, the service was good, and the reception staff were polite and well-behaved, which I really appreciated. However, I had a very disappointing interaction with the manager. I accidentally left my gold ring in the room and called the hotel to check. Instead of helping, the manager - Vishwanath, who was extremely rude and unprofessional he yelled at me and called me names like “careless idiot,” which was completely unacceptable. Eventually, I went back to the hotel myself and spoke to the receptionist, who was kind enough to help me check the room. The ring was still there, right on the bed. While the hotel has many good aspects, the behavior of the manager was shocking and left a bad impression. My suggestion is that you can stay there but don’t speak to the manager!

Hotel and management both are disaster.location is pathetic and offsite stayed with family we had very unpleasant experience and checked out before the time .food is worst the quality also staffs are un mannered.will not suggest this hotel at all. Just the name is tulip comfort but it is absolute Discomfort and disappointing .
