I recently spent three wonderful days at this resort and had an amazing experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and well-maintained environment that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention to General Manager Peter Lo and Restaurant Manager Arthur, who went out of their way to ensure guests were well taken care of. Although I didn’t catch everyone's names, many other team members were also exceptionally helpful and approachable. The team at the dive center was also fantastic—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made the snorkeling experience safe, smooth, and enjoyable, adding even more value to the stay. One minor issue was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, which could be improved for better comfort. However, this didn’t take away much from the overall experience. The level of service across the resort was top-notch, and I truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism shown by the entire team. I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
The hotel is a little runned down alongside its facilities, but the place itself is great and still doable. Service is kind of slow as well, but the staff were very kind and nice! But the location, in my opinion, is one of the best with amazing island views. Just weather (water) is rougher than other parts. One of the trees (without swing) at the house beach that extends out has lots of fishes near the rocks/corals. Just remember to go when the tide isn't too high! Around that area, you can see some stingrays and small sharks if you're lucky! (Just be careful. Saw the stingrays when the tide was beginning to recede and the water was murky and it was just lying in the sand, and the small sharks don't bite!) The trekking trail by room 303 takes about 2 hours to go and back, and it offers a crazy view out to the ocean. You can also stargaze at night, though it's not completely dark, but we're able to see shooting stars and a bit of the Milky Way as well! Overall, it's a great location and has great people. Honestly, it would be better if they could keep up the rooms and facilities as well as have enough staffing during service time.
rooms are a little run down but still comfortable to stay in. the staff there though, are such amazing people from their general manager to receptionists to kitchen crew to boatmen. everyone is so helpful and friendly. made my stay such memorable 🫶🏻 if you’re looking for a place to really be off the city, would highly recommend here.
