Tuong Vi Corner Hotel

I came to HCMC for my coffee course, and this hotel is located right opposite the school, which saved me a lot of travel time. I stayed here for 9 days. Although it's a 3-star hotel, it provides everything you need for a comfortable daily stay. The room is spacious, especially the bathroom, and everything was bright and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. In fact, the service here felt better than some 5-star hotels I've stayed at. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I come for course. **I chose a no-window room, which I actually prefer as it feels quieter.

From the security guards to the receptionists, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. Their warmth and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. It will be my go-to choice for many future visits because of not only the service but also the overall experience at the hotel. This hotel truly exudes luxury, with plenty of room options to suit every guest's needs. The rooms are elegantly designed and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Furthermore, being situated in such a beautiful area is a major plus, allowing guests to admire the city's beauty from the hotel's top floor. The customer service here is truly excellent. The staff are not only warm but also very professional, always ready to address any inquiries from guests. They create a friendly and convenient environment for everyone. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel and will recommend it to friends and family whenever the opportunity arises.

Centrally located near Van Hanh mall, many coffee shops, and eateries. Hotel has nice working AC. However, there were many cons and pros to this hotel. The VIP room facing the street was extremely noisy. We keep hearing honking and kids screaming since it’s next to a school starting at around 6 am. Staff starts cleaning very early, you can’t really rest in your room past 8 am. Also, I would get random phone calls and knocks to my room. I also requested a non smoking room, but I did smelled some smokes sometime during my stay. Bathroom design has see through glass with curtains making it very inconvenient if you want privacy. The toilet is automatic, so it’s really annoying when you want to manually flush. Also, the hotel does not provide hand soap or lotions either. Staff were not very helpful when I complaint about the noises. They even don’t bother changing the toilet paper when they clean the room. Overall, my stay here was pretty unpleasant.
