Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort SHA Plus

We had the most amazing stay at Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort! The beachfront villa was everything we hoped for—spacious, beautifully designed, and just steps away from the sand and sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from our terrace was truly unforgettable. The food at the resort was consistently delicious, with a great variety of Thai and international options. We especially loved the fresh seafood and tropical fruit. The beach itself is pristine—clean, quiet, and perfect for swimming or just relaxing with a good book. It felt like our own private paradise. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, peaceful setting!

It's with great disappointment that I'm writing this review, my family and I had great expectations coming to a "luxury resort" after spending many nights in guesthouses and cheap hotels all over the country; to my surprise, I find myself ranking this place last among the ones we visited on our trip to Thailand. Everything looks high end and posh at first, but trust me it's not. The staff at the restaurant were rude and even mocked us and made fun of us after we ordered food, eventually the waitress who was in charge of our table disappeared and another guy was eventually called. The prices are very high compared to other restaurants and the quality doesn't match the price tags, feels like they are taking advantage of tourists rather than caring for them. Going to sleep I had quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my life with hotel beds: my bedsheets had dried STAINS OF SEMEN all over them, like they had not been washed after the guests before us left. This is not only disgusting and extremely unsettling, but it's also a health hazard and something that wouldn't happen even in the filthiest hostel of them all, let alone in a supposedly high end beachfront resort. I found myself walking to the reception at midnight with the bedsheets in my hands to ask for clean ones. The staff was friendly in this circumstance and apologized sincerely, the lady took pictures of the stains and I hope they will take action on this matter. I was given clean sheets and, although they were the wrong size for my bed, I managed to go to sleep. Coming here I had great expectations and was disappointed we only booked one night in what looked like a promising place, now I'm extremely happy to leave and wouldn't want to spend a minute more in this place. I hope a health inspection is conducted and the matter is taken seriously, never in my life have I been more disgusted by a bed.
