Clean and spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed there twice on May 24th and June 13th. During my second visit I forgot my mobile phone and the staff helped me getting it back, despite the difficulties of not working post office. Thank you Sara and Daniele!!! You made me come again and again!
My wife and I had a very long night and needed a room at 8am. The man working the desk could not have been more helpful. I was expecting to have to pay for the night before and the next but they only charged for one. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stayed the previous nights at The Grand Hotel Palazzo dei Dogi. They could certainly take some lesson from this staff.
Staff are full of recism mind. Never Indians has to go this hotel if you have any self respect. I say you can get this kind of attitude from this people in Europe.
