This was my first time in Lisbon, and my first time staying at a TURIM hotel. (The staff told me it is a national Portuguese chain). It was very nice, I felt it was good value for money. Make sure you try the breakfast buffet - it was very good. The rooms are a good size, the hotel was very quiet and I had a good rest. Staff are very friendly, everyone speaks English quite fluently. I would definitely stay here again.

This four-star hotel is generally good. It is in an excellent location —very close to a metro station that provides direct service to the airport, and the hotel itself is not far from the airport. The front desk staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room was modern and included all essential amenities: new towels, comfortable bedding, a kettle, complimentary water (not bottled), and even some cookies. However, there was a very limited supply of instant coffee and tea bags. The room was exceptionally quiet - no noise was audible from the corridor or outside. The bed was very comfortable, with four pillows. The bathroom was perfect, and everything was super clean. The housekeeping service was top-notch. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Nevertheless, there was no power outlet near the bed. My room featured a balcony with a pleasant view. The significant drawback is everything is small within the hotel. The lobby is small, with only a single chair. The elevators are tiny, barely fitting three people. The room itself was very small - here is hardly any space among the bed, the desk, and one of the walls. The desk is merely a narrow glass strip affixed to the wall, not even large enough for a laptop, so do not expect to do office work there. The television set is very small, probably 17 inches. As someone else mentioned, the flooring was slightly dented, but this was nothing serious.

Although Turim is based outside the hustle and bustle of Lisbon Town, it has fa tactics transport links, bus & metro. Very simple metro system, the green line takes you all the way down to town around 18 mins. The hotel itself is clean, staff are friendly and even left me cake and wine in my room for my bday. Little dated in decor but it really didn't matter, we would definitely return as we liked staying outside of it all. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a wonderful green down the road to chill in whilst you drink your coffee.
