Very nice hotel, great location 10 min walking distance to downtown and 2 min walking distance to Hop on hop off busses all lines. The staff at the front desk was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small and no balcony but everything else was perfect. Super clean and well equipped. We definitely recommend. Thank you!
Unfortunately we didn't get the room we booked (booked twin beds but got a double bed). For us it was no problem but, may be complicated for others. We loved the staff there, they were very helpful and kind, especially the girl who did our checkout. The hotel is great, we loved it.
A special atmosphere is created by the people who work there. Thanks for the excellent service to the bartenders Pedro and Lino - always smiling and professional. I liked the live music, nice reception and upgrade to superior, good coffee in the room, air conditioning, nice decor, quiet room, location. I will definitely come back!
