Turim Lisboa Hotel

Wow. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful. The love Fiona music on certain. Night was a lovely surprise. The staff are exceptional. From the minute we checked in the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful everything we had a question. Ricardo and his colleagues made our stay extra special. The breakfast was fantastic. The food and variety were amazing. The staff went above and beyond and so helpful. Our room was always cleaned to such a high standard. We unfortunately experienced a country wide power cut whilst there. The staff were on hand to help with our every need. We will go back and defiantly stay here again.

Check-in service was disappointing - we were given a room with someone else's things still in it and were told that breakfast was included with our room, but the next morning we were told that they can't see our names on the breakfast list. Then we were told that they would offer us free welcome drinks, which never happened either. Other than that the hotel is in a very good location - close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants and the interior is nice.

Good location and we enjoyed our stay at Turim Lisboa. It is your basic hotel that has the amenities that you need. We opted to get breakfast at the café across the street. There is a grocery store across the street as well, which is great to pick up your basics such as water, snacks, etc.. The location of this hotel is quite convenient to three metro stations and it was easy for us to hop on to any line to get to whatever attraction we needed to go see. This hotel has been newly renovated so its aesthetics are quite pleasing, overall we had a good stay.
