Turim Santa Maria Hotel

Absolutely excellent for the price, so central yet quiet and lovely helpful reception staff. Very clean, good sized bathroom, would have liked a bidet but otherwise very good, the soap wasnt my favourite but a minor niggle. Our room was very large with water tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was great with lots of choice only issue was the dreadful coffee but highly recommended

The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. There’s also a beautiful rooftop with an amazing view. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was even offered a bottle of wine for my birthday 🍾a lovely touch!

My room had no balcony and overlooked the parking lot, despite having specifically requested a room with a nice view. The curtains were broken and didn’t open or close properly, which was quite inconvenient. Breakfast was disappointing — the coffee from the machine was instant and tasted terrible, and the "juice" from another machine was just flavoured water. On the last day, I even skipped breakfast entirely and went to a nearby cafeteria instead, as the coffee and juice in the hotel were simply undrinkable.
