Turizoom Beach Resort Kumburgaz

We came for breakfast at 9:30, but the plates were almost empty, we informed the staff but no action was taken. The room is clean but small. The sea was good but because of the wind we face a problem to fix the umbrella. It will be better to find a solution for this issue. The staff are friendly.

I already left a review for this hotel but they deleted it. The hotel is very bad. It is very dirty, there is damp in the rooms, mice walking around the rooms and many things do not work. The manager, a woman with curly hair who welcomes the guests, is very rude and treats the guests like garbage. The food is too bad, if you don't come on time you won't even eat. Cats walk on the tables where you eat. What is not eaten for breakfast that day will be served again tomorrow. Internet is not working!! If you have no other options, I recommend that you don't come here at all because you will just throw away your money and it is not favorable at all compared to the quality and experience. They put 4 stars hotel but it is scam people!!!

This hotel is not deserving even 1 star. We have stayed last complete week. Although it is advertised as 4 stars hotel, in reality it is only 3 stars, which are not even closed to 1. I have exchanged 3 rooms during 1 week and with the option to choose from another 2 as well. Rooms are very dirty, with a bad smell. Cleaning is happening from time to time. We bought ourselves soap, cleaning products as well for the bathroom. As well other tourists from the group. The food is terrible, we had breakfast at the same location and dinner at the location close to it. Myself and my family also got stomach problems, which are not yet solved. On the 3rd night, while entering the room, a mouse cross our way, and during the night I manage to catch it, if it was the same or not more. I requested them another room, which occurred, but till the evening the mouse was in the same location where I left it. Do not waste your time and money. It is your choice.
