Turquoise Hotel All Inclusive

We went on holiday here with our family. It's a very good hotel in a beautiful location. Everything is close by at the pool. The food is excellent, and there's a themed dinner every evening. Breakfast is excellent. We had a family room, which was also good and spacious and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The minibar in both rooms was free and replenished daily. In short, a good hotel with friendly staff.

This has been our go-to vacation spot for years, and we have no plans to change that! Every stay feels like coming home. We’re already counting down the days until next year. The staff is incredibly kind, polite, and always welcoming — they recognize us every time we return, which makes the experience even more special. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is excellent, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. Thank you to the entire team for making every visit unforgettable. See you next year!

Myself and my mums first time visiting this hotel Overall we would give it a 4.5/5 rating There’s plenty of positive with this resort: - Room- very spacious, good air con, mini fridge stocked with beer, water and soft drinks. Towels and robes with slippers. - Staff are extremely friendly - Entertainment was the best we have both seen - The onsite stores are good - Beach was lovely however please note I would recommend wearing beach shoes as there are huge rocks in the sea - Overall the place is extremely clean couldn’t fault the cleaners one bit - Plenty of sun beds no need to wake up early to reserve - On site water slides and arcade machines Negatives - My mum is a strict vegetarian due to religious reasons- nothing in the restaurant was labelled properly so my mum opted for rice and vegetable soup. Which she later found out had chicken stock in. My mum went to complain plenty of times to the restaurant staff and they went round with her to see what was vegetarian. We were then later told that we should have spoken to reception about dietary requirements which didn’t help as we only had 2 days left of our holiday (we also didn’t know this) - Food was very repetitive - There could of been a bigger drinks menu majority of the drinks on the menu you would of had to pay for - There is no savoury snacks in between meal times
