Turyaa Chennai

Stayed at the Turyaa Chennai for five days. Had a satisfying and pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and well lit. It is at par with other popular hotels. I thought that the food and staff stand-out. I frequently dined at their restaurant and always had a good experience. The food was exceptional and so was the service! Their presentation was also impressive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring the needs were met throughout the meal. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Overall a good hotel and recommended.

Extremely Disappointed I recently stayed here with my family for five days and the experience was far from what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. 1. WiFi was slow and unreliable, making even basic browsing a struggle. 2.The lady receptionist with short hair was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Whoever hired her seriously needs to rethink that decision. 3. The restaurant staff constantly forgot orders, and when reminded, casually responded with “sorry, I forgot” — no urgency, no apology. 4. Room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days, even after multiple requests. This hotel is all show and no substance. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone

• unfriendly and robotic receptionists I’ve seen more human compassion in AI • stayed in the junior suite one of the more costly rooms in the hotels. The trash bin in the bathroom was broken, the lid completely fell off and simply just placed on top of the bin as if nobody would notice, the replacement was another broken bin except this time the lid was attached but the peddle to lift the lid was broken •Bed reading light ceiling light a bathroom light all keep flickering when on • around 8pm our WiFi disconnected, IT came to assist which took about 2 hours for nothing to be resolved. We were advised if the issues persist we can change the room tomorrow but for now nothing they can do. Only after we went to the front desk to complain another IT rep assisted and fixed the problem before we even got back to the room. •The fridge they provided in the room is simply for show it doesn’t keep anything chilled • horrible smell in the bathroom we asked house keeping to solve the problem they came and sprayed something and left. The nozzle to change the hand held shower to over head shower completely fell off
