Tusan Beach Resort

I stayed with my family there for one week. Great location, nice family room with great sea view, the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great with different meals from breakfast, to dinners there always something there to eat at the restaurant with all inclusive. The beach was nice and clean, kids pool and fun activities for kids. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit with family or friends.

Stayed 10 days in this hotel. It has a good location near the city of Kusadasi. They have 4 pools and you can find pretty much everything you need in small stores inside of the hotel. They have a small supermarket, barber, photographer and a souvenir shop. most of the staff is friendly and ready to help. Some negative points I want to raise that was annoying to me. - Bathroom has a sewage smell. - Mattress is a hard board with a sheet, very hard and uncomfortable. blanket is like a large towel. - Food is ok. You have descent choices, but don't expect to be impressed. A lot of flies and food can be cold and not fresh. Very disappointing that they don't serve warm drinks during lunch and dinner.. - You might get stuck in the elevator. Wasn't a nice experience with the kids. - The room gets cleaned daily, but they forget to vacuum under the bed and there are literally dust clouds under the furniture. They also forget to replenish the soap. - If you room is just above the lobby, you will hear loud music every night. - the beach is underwhelming. not enough chairs to lay on and the beach is not wide. only room for two rows of chairs and that's it. - Don't bother going to their restaurants. It is basically the same food you get at the canteen, just better presented and way longer wait. And again do not serve warm drinks.. - Kids bathroom is very dirty and is often broken. The club is due for some renovation. They almost have no toys. Looks like it is just some tables and chairs. The employees are friendly though. - We wen to a small town called Selcuk to visit some market, which is 15 min from hotel. it was 60 euro to go there and back. what a rip off. don't take the hotel taxis and negotiate the price beforehand. In short it was a bit disappointing. I would give it max 3 stars. All these little things matter when you pay a lot for your holiday and have a certain expectation.

We have expected more delicious foods but foods were not as we expected. Rooms are not satisfied but the only good thing is sea and drinks. It is nearly worth to go but I am sure that you can find more price effective places. Last but not least I can mention that stuffs are very kind. You can stay this hotel without hesitation but keep your expectations minimum.
