I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. First off, location was perfect because it was near enough to Causeway Bay but located in a more local neighbourhood nearby so away from the hustle and bustle, and with good food options in the area. Tin Hau MTR station and the tram stop are a short walk away. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, even if the view from the lower floors may not be amazing. But what stood out for me really was the service. I was stranded in Hong Kong for two days after my flight back home was cancelled because of the typhoon. The staff not only helped me secure a room for my extended stay, but also helped me try to contact the airline's Hong Kong office and check on my flight status while there was some confusion about whether my flight was actually cancelled. Their friendliness and kindness really made a stressful situation a lot easier to get through.

A design hotel I had a pleasant time staying at. Space is satisfactory. Aesthetics are impressive. The deliberately minimalist room was well-appointed despite some impractical or ill-designed features, i.e. towel hooks far from the shower, bathroom sink lacking front space, shower drain that does not fully drain, absence of bidet or at least a movable shower head to wash private parts without getting the upper body wet, and a canal-like room floor outline that traps dust. Service was efficient. Location is convenient with the Tin Hau station just a short distance away, and several good restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlors and fruit stands nearby.

Very good location. Service is on average. The style is chic and chill or industrial type. It is really a personal preferrence. Yet it has provided high quality amenities and decoration materials are solid ones. Drawback is the desk too small better to avoid booking the smallest room if you want more space. To compare other HK hotels at similar price and location it is not really small.
