Free transit hotel from Turkish airlines so I will assess it in that context, if I was a normal tourist I wouldn’t stay in the middle of nowhere. Friendly enough staff, the room was clean, slow air conditioning but given some time it will keep the room comfortable. Food very ok, not winning any Michelin stars anytime soon but it’s free so I’m not complaining.

This hotel's only plus - being close to the Fair center. Indeed, for regular tourist nothing to do here. The rooms are normal, pretty large and clean, but general impression about hotel isn't good. Room service could knock 3-4 times a day, "regular check", as they say... nobody speaks English, nobody understand what we say them. They can eventually not to clean your room, although it was empty for more than 5 hours. No bathrobes in the room (but you can ask), they also may forget to put you water... So, as for room service this hotel is very questionable. People in the restaurant are nice and helpful, they were very good. But the breakfast itself was every day the same and with small choice of food. The pool is tiny, also there no any green zone in the hotel. Its just regular "1 night stay" place. We spent here 6 days, so we've got bored here) In general I'd say the hotel is ok, but definitely not for 5* as they call themselves, and not for such price.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Tuyap Palas Hotel. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with a foul, musty odor that made it hard to relax. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not a priority here. The service was shockingly bad – unresponsive staff, poor communication, and a general lack of hospitality. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them. As for the dinner buffet, it was simply unacceptable. The food was bland, poorly presented, and clearly not fresh. It felt like a cheap, rushed attempt to feed as many people as possible with zero attention to quality. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s overpriced for what it offers and does not come close to meeting even basic expectations. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
