Twelve Midtown Autograph Collection

This was a great hotel! We stayed here for my birthday and they took such great care of us. The staff was so nice, attentive and had a special birthday surprised delivered to our room. It was so easy to walk to shopping and dining. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The pool area is so nice and relaxing! I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms are a little lackluster but the staff is great and the location is very good. The hotel restaurant is one I would avoid though. The food isn't great, the sweet tea was atrocious. The rooftop pool was great, especially in the evening just make sure you bring a towel bc they apparently dint service the pool towels past 9am.

It's okay... If you like the city life. Nice rooms, but the one we had didn't have washer/dryer, stains on walls and rugs and the wall crevices are dirty. Walls in the hallways are scuffed and dirty. The building is kinda confusing. It's split with upper condos. The hotel is only on six floors. The rest is private only! There are no windows in the halls to see the city skyline! There is no way to go to the top floor unless you have special access or take the stairs, but each door in the stairwell is locked! I guess because of the private floors. Condo floors apparently are 7-26. No way to see the city sights from high unless you're able to get a high up condo here! 🤬 The parking is VERY confusing! The parking deck is for the whole city block/area! There are not any signs for the hotel parking! Elevators from the parking deck for the hotel guests are hard to find and is fenced off. We only got lucky to use them because they left the gate open! The area near the elevators should be for the hotel parking, not private! 🤦🏻 Also I hope you have money saved. It's very expensive here. The walls are thin, you can hear everyone in the halls, walking and talking!
