Very clear and modern hotel. Very well trained and friendly staff. The breakfast has great variety and tasteful options. I will come back!!!
We are extremely satisfied with our stay in this beautifully decorated hotel in every segment. The rooms are neat and of good size, the toilet is clean and functional, the mattresses are comfortable, and the view from our room was wonderful. The breakfast is varied and everything is very tasty, and the breakfast room is located in a lookout, at the top of the building. Compliments to Tatjana, a very kind receptionist.
Review of Hotel Twenty One Rome We stayed at Hotel Twenty One Rome for four nights, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, already past midnight, we noticed that our room faced the street and had a serious soundproofing issue. The noise from outside was constant, and to make matters worse, there was a giant LED sign on the hotel’s facade that stayed on until 1 AM and turned back on at 6 AM, flooding the room with light. On top of that, the room temperature was unbearable, reaching nearly 30 degrees Celsius, making it almost impossible to sleep. The next morning, as soon as we woke up, we went to the reception to report all these issues and request a room change. However, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we should try again the next morning. They didn’t even bother to note down our room number, which immediately showed a complete lack of interest in resolving the problem. By the end of the day, the room temperature was still unbearable. We complained again, and this time, we were told that the thermostat was set to heating mode and that the only solution they could offer was… a fan! Simply surreal for a hotel of this category. On the second morning, we insisted on changing rooms again, but we were once again ignored. The receptionist, an older man with a beard, was extremely rude and dismissive, stating that there was nothing they could do. So, we were left with no solution and no concern from the hotel’s management. The only positive aspects were the location and the breakfast, which was decent, as well as the restaurant staff, who were always attentive. However, none of this made up for the discomfort and the lack of professionalism at the reception. Definitely an experience not to be repeated!
