Loved the hotel. Highly recommended. The hotel room has daily cleaning services and room is really cozy. They offer free bike rental and their bikes are well maintained. It’s such a great ride down to the Shopping Mall or near by areas. The front desk staff is helpful and borrowed me tapes for free to tape up my bought goods. The breakfast is okay the portion can be bigger.
Such a nice hotel, decorated tastefully and with care with the guest in mind. It has a very cozy feel so do note that the rooms may seem dim. They’re quite spacious though and sound proof between rooms, though you can hear people in the corridor. There’s laundry and lift access for convenience. If you love a strong coffee, grab the free one in the lobby in the morning! Staff are from various countries or are Japanese, so they can handle a wide variety of languages! I guess one downside would be the lack of food choices in the area; you would have to walk about 10 to 15minutes for options. It is easy to reach the hotel from Karuizawa Station, just walk all the way straight. Luggage friendly roads and pavements :)
Had a truly amazing stay here! 3 nights stay & I can't bear to leave. Cozy room - Room is cozy, bed is comfy, toilet size is just right & TV system is new (comes with Youtube). Nothing to complain about the room! Items provided are superb - There's salt bath & other toiletries provided in the public areas of the hotel. Comfy sleepwear is also provided in the room - I think this is a really nice touch! Additionally, there's happy hour drinks, snacks & ice cream provided every night. Thankful for this as there was nothing much to do in Karuizawa at night. There's also a wide variety of good quality tea packets provided for you to self-brew. Nice breakfast - Do consider adding on the breakfast sets as its really yummy. Theres 4 options to choose from! Helpful staff - Although we didnt get to meet a staff thats able to converse in English well, I can tell that the staff is trying their best to assist us. It was raining on our check-out morning, and a staff provided us with umbrellas to get to the train station. Really thankful!! Thank you Twin-Line hotel for providing us with such a memorable and lovely stay in the quaint town of Karuizawa. Till we meet again!
