What an incredible resort. From when we first arrived you could clearly see how welcoming, friendly and helpful all the staff were. We were lucky enough to visit during Songrkan and we got to experience and take part in so many different cultural activities arranged by the team (the water fight being a highlight!!) The rooms were spacious and clean. The infinity pool overlooking the beach was beautiful and having access directly to the beach was wonderful. The restaurant provided a range of food and drinks, always delicious! And the spa treatments were brilliant - my favourite being the massage I had on the beach! Highly recommend Twin Lotus!

We visited during low season and stayed in a beach front villa for 6 nights. The villa was very spacious and nice looking. 5/5. In general the hotel was nice. The pool/restaurant area felt a bit warn and needs some fixing up and loving touches. Food was ok - not more. Staff were very friendly. Koh Lanta in low season was a bit of a surprise. Expected 50% of restaurants/bars to be open. In reality 99% were closed. But we more or less had the entire beach for our self which was nice.

Left the hotel this morning after 1 night whereas I already prepaid my stay 4 months ago for an higher price than if I booked the same day. The hospitality on low season was not as good as expected and told in the comments. Firstly, we arrived at the room by 2 pm and we said that the room was dirty with a smell of mold and I asked for a better room and the receptionist told me 3K baths per night whereas the full stay was 9k baths and upon it the hotel was empty. In the evening after dinner, we came back to the room to check if the smells went out. And of course not. So we went back to the reception with pictures and everything, not a sorry, not a compensation just an “ok we change the room for the same one but one floor higher”. Nobody was surprised by our complaints so I think that it’s a good hotel during the high season but not maintained during the low one, with high grass, cleaning not good, workers not motivated to do their job correctly in an empty hotel. Lastly, prefer to book through Booking.com than directly through their website as they provide better prices and free upgrade on it
