Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket

Possibly the best experience I have ever had a at a hotel and resort. The service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, the room was beautiful and clean, and the food was delicious. I especially loved having access to the beach clubs and being able to swim at night. While the resort itself is not super large, that makes it all the more intimate and like a true getaway. I would highly recommend Twinpalms to anyone who is looking for a truly luxury experience.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making us feel at home from the first moment. One detail that truly touched us was on our last day, when we had to leave very early in the morning before breakfast hours. To our surprise, the staff prepared a beautiful breakfast box for us to take on the go so we wouldn’t leave hungry. This thoughtful gesture perfectly sums up the warm hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This place. SPECTACULAR!!! Gym, sauna, steam room, buffet restaurant, steak restaurant, spa, in room dining, floating breakfast, Catch beach club - we tried it all!! We had the Lagoon Premium Room and was upgraded to it upon arrival. Lagoon access by the room was by far our most favourite part of the stay. Could spend hours by the pool too. Special experience and wonderful memories made here during our beach holiday. Perfect place for adults/couples wanting a honeymoon-like getaway more than families with young kids. Team has been attentive and helpful+friendly during our stay. App was also super useful. We are convinced we’ll be back! Thank you!!
