Two Tails Hotel Luzhou

Hi, I am Tod Mell, and this was the first stop on our trip through Asia. We flew into TPE and transferred here. We selected this hotel because it was closer to the sites we were wanted to see in Taiwan. Easy access to the subway system right under the hotel There is not a swimming pool on site, but they do allow you complimentary access to an indoor pool with a really unique hot tub at a gym that is about a block away. We tried it out one night and enjoyed it. You must have a swim cap to enter (they'll lend you one). The rooms were perfect for the few nights we were there. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful, but didn't fit out American taste buds. We walked to some local restaurants in the mornings which was more fun as we were able to interact more with locals that way and experience the culture. If your goal is to tour just the city of Taipei then I would stay a little closer to city center. Otherwise, this hotel is a great choice and a great value!

Park City Hotel offers an exceptional stay with its prime location directly above an MRT station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms are well-appointed and exude luxury at a very competitive price point. The front-line staff are professional and excel in hospitality, setting a gold standard for guest experience. This hotel is a true gem for both comfort and value.

Good location. On top of a MTR station, you could take the elevator down to the mall that connects to the MRT. Location wise, the hotel is in a more residential area, so main tourist attractions are farther away. There is a coco curry, Uniqlo, and Muji in the same building as the hotel. The bed was huge, and room was spacious. We had plenty of space for our suitcases. There are coin laundries, but the room closes at 9:30 PM. You can exchange money at the lobby, but the rates are lower than the banks at the airport. Great value for a short stay.
