Two Timez Boutique Hotel

The hotel is modern, clean, centrally located, close to everything in town (maximum 5 minutes from the lake, train station, bus station and less than 3 minutes from shops, restaurants, bars), friendly staff. The room offer is covering all budgets from small and cosy rooms at an affordable price to big suite with balcony for the ones that want a more luxurious experience. The rooftop bar in the twin hotel has the best views over the town and lake. For a hotel in the middle of the town you get all you need.

This is a 3 star hotel, not 4 star! The room is not worth at all. At least the room 332, can't be considered 4 star hotel. Very poor breakfast, and the dinner is a tragedy. Do not waste your time in this hotel. You can find much better options and value for money. Extremely noisy room, at least the one I mentioned. Wellness facilities are very tiny, just a sauna. They force you to buy water for the dinner, and they ask you to sign allergies policy where they say you can't bring your water or container for water at dinner. Water... a human absolut need... insane I would not give even 2 stars but doing for friendly employees.

Room Twin room size was decent. However, the sloped ceiling was dangerous for two adults sharing a room as it was too low for the one sleeping at the sloped side. Moreover, we were disappointed to see that the room had only one skylight window with no view. There was no communication regarding this beforehand and no alternative offered when asking to change room as we were told that the hotel was fully booked at the time (which is understandable). We felt deceived though as it was not mentioned anywhere in the package or in the hotel page pictures that the room did not even have a window, let alone balcony. Finally, the pillows were really bad (way too soft). Nothing like a 4-star ambience Food and drinks We have opted for breakfast and 4 course dinner in our package and our experience on both meals was unpleasant to say the least, especially that of the dinner. Issue with the breakfast was the lack of variety and poor quality of coffee. Also, the fact that dinner left-overs from desserts were served at breakfast. Dinner courses felt like they were cooked and re-warmed in the microwave most days, sauces and side salad garnishes were too plain. Appetisers were also plain and of poor quality (characteristic example a dish with tasteless Parma ham and unripe melon). Generally, there was no fine dining feeling and all dishes were plain (e.g. crepes or chocolate mousse for dessert), with lack of creativity and premium ingredients. All of which was really disappointing, since we have also paid a premium for the half-board option and was nothing like our experience in other Austrian hotels. On top of all this we were disappointed to realise that on a disclaimer document we were asked to sign just before our first dinner (which was presented as an allergies disclaimer) there was a clause about water not being served during dinner. We were then surprised on the following days to see that the water is being charged at dinner (and included at breakfast) which was also a first in our experience from Austrian hospitality and we found unacceptable. Wellness & other facilities Wellness facilities not up to par for a 4star hotel, disappointed to find out that only a sauna was available. No pool, jacuzzi or treatments. Sauna was also located in a basement with no view. No water or refreshments available. Ski storage room was communal for all guests, very small and stuffy! No private lockers for each room and no proper sitting area to wear/remove ski boots. Unpleasant experience especially at the end of the day having to sustain the terrible odour. Overall: Poor experience nowhere near 4 stars. Amazing location, friendly staff. Poor food, service & facilities.
