We stayed twice at this lovely hotel, spending a total of 7 days before Songkran 2025. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The rooms looked just like in the pictures — tidy, spacious enough, and well-maintained. There’s a small pool for a refreshing dip and a little gym (which we didn’t use). Breakfast was simple but had everything needed for a good start to the day. What really stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. Whether at reception, housekeeping, breakfast or even the security guard — everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to assist. One thing to note: one side of the hotel faces a large neighboring building. Our second room had this view, and it felt a bit exposed — as if someone might be watching. So we kept the curtains closed most of the time. Our first room (701) had a nicer, more open feel and nice view. Overall, we absolutely recommend 2 3 Hotel. The sleep quality was excellent, it’s close to everything you might need, and yet it’s quiet at night — just a 2-minute walk from the party area, but you’d never know it once inside.

Nice small place tucked away just of the main busy area. We stayed 4 nights and would return. Main asset is the location as its within easy reach of BTS, shopping malls and bars and restaurants. Needs some attention to detail here and there and the breakfast is very simple but there's a 24hr reception and security guard. Shower pressure is great but the pillows were very flat and smelt a bit musty.

This hotel has probably seen better days. It's dated, the air is a little stale/filtered and the furnishings are clearly pretty worn down. It does all the things a hotel is supposed to do and there are some nice things about the room like the reading nook, the bench, two tables and a chair. There is no closet just a few hangers and hanging rods so don't expect to be able to hang up all your clothes. I think the bed is soft enough for western people to be comfortable but not so soft that Asian tourists will be upset. It's nice that they have a gym and swimming pool but we haven't tried them out yet. Weird thing is though that there is no hand soap in the washroom and the shower gel smells REALLY sweet. I'd also say that the air conditioning is tricky to get right in terms of temperature and very very drying. The breakfast buffet is just ok, they make omelets to order though which is nice but it's not fancy. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place but I also think that it does the job that you need it to do!
