We had a lovely family meal whilst on holiday in the area. Couldn’t fault it at all. Everything was perfect. We all had different meals and we had no complaints. The service was fantastic and my husband said the sticky toffee pudding was the best he’s ever had! We also were able to take our dog which was great 😊

Croeso means welcome in Welsh. This is another place owned by the Croseogrwp. Morgan's small breakfast was ok but nothing great. The chicken and bacon sandwich was good. The two coffees were good. Service was average. Not sure why they don't do evening meals but that maybe because they don't want to detract from the Lamb and Flag and Crown Inn (being owners of the same) . Is the croseogrwp resting on its laurels with no competition in Rhyader? Definitely. Would I recommend going. It's better than either the Lamb and Flag and the Crown Inn but that's not hard. Unless they improve service and food I wouldn't recommend going.

Wouldn’t recommend a stay here unless you’re desperate to be honest. The check in process was confusing (small note on a random door telling you to go over the road to another pub etc). And it wasn’t just us as we had to help guide another guest to the same shortly after. It’s on the corner of an incredibly busy junction, and with the single glaze windows it was so loud. The generator out the back was also really noisy meaning no windows open at the back either, and there was a loud buzzing/humming coming from downstairs. Room was okay, could be a little cleaner and things like a broken lamp etc. Everything seemed very worn out and tired looking, the mattress was pretty lumpy etc. Shower pressure good but no matter which way we turned or twisted the settings we could not get the water to change temperature.
