We've stayed at a few sites in the area and this has to be the best, the one we will come back to for sure! Perfect location, lovely walks. Peaceful. Polite staff. Clean facilities. Coffee, ice cream and fresh milk machines on site which were awesome as well as a little shop. Showers were good, toilets clean and close by. Great price and right where we wanted to be. Fire pits were huge and such a bonus to have! Great little area for the kids to play football. Thankyou to everyone at the site. We will be back.
We arrived today. The place that we was to stay was a bit far away from the amenities. So ask if it was possible to move closer. This didn't seem an issue they found us a place closer to everything. And right next to one of the most beautiful rivers I have ever seen. If you like camping and beautiful walks.come here.
Great campsite within easy reach of attractions. Great facilities milk, ice cream and coffee machine. Laundry room was out of action, hot showers although the block and floor was very cold, the heating was on un the afternoon but could do with being on in the morning and evening when mist people take their showers, nice and clean and good washing up hut.
