Upon arriving you immediately get the feeling this is a no non-sense, family friendly, business class hotel. The attention to detail, for example the stack of fresh towels stored typically under the sink in most hotels - but here they are stored in the section furthest "away" from the toilet, and the same with the toilet paper. It's common hygienic sense, well done! Bed sheets and pillows fresh and clean, the staff are courteous and professional. Other hotels focus on how large, well stocked and polished their main bar is, or how pretty the girl receiving you at the entrance is. Here their focus is the operation of the hotel itself - how refreshing! It's an older hotel, but well maintained with competitive rates. Will always stay here when in Ankara, thank you.

Nice clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Good selection of dishes at breakfast. Dinner very disappointing and rushed service. Very traditional Turkish dishes not really what expected in an Hotel Restaurant by overseas visitors for Dinner. Overall very conveniently situated and value for money.

The wifi didn't work in the room. We asked for someone to fix it. They came twice just to tell us "Sorry, no english" Do you really need english the understand the word wifi cause it is same in Turkish. And when we talk about a problem, they tell us in the reception maybe you don't understand us. If you had a experinced staff in customer service, someone could at least speak 2 english words.
