Great service. Room nice. Good Fintness, but the breakfast outside I saw the bird eating condiments and staff didn’t notice until I inform them and then he change but not all. Also the noodle stations might be great if have staff to do or sign to let guests know that they have to do by themselves. The vegetable is have insects inside. And butter should plate near bread to let guest see. Wish these detail could improve for the kitchen ☺️
Had a great stay here! Rooms were very clean and cosy with a great view of the beach and sea. What stood out to me the most was that the whole team were very welcoming and had outstanding customer service. Never disappointed with a stay at any of the U Resorts.
Nice and clean hotel.Nice common area like the pool , bar , gym, lobby and relaxing area by the beach / sea. Cannot access to the beach. Not too busy because it’s a small hotel. But wonderful services. Compliments to the staffs at the bar, very nice and helpful, very good service minded and professional. Breakfast is good. Every Friday and Saturday there will be a fresh from fisherman seafood which is wonderful. Love it.
