Really friendly service from all the staff members, they seem super sweet. Lovely rooms and rooftop with yummy cocktails. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from ordering a room service meal, which made me sick for 1-2 days. They kindly did not charge me for this. Despite this, I would go back :)
I wasnt good as in the photos about the room and layout! I could have read more reviews But the services really nice! I appreciated the staff. They are very helpful and serviceminded! The 5 stars goes for the service becoz of them.
The unfortunate thing is that the TV did not work or cater to Westerners. The shampoo is a two in one lotion, so please bring conditioner. The breakfast buffet was quite a letdown with a lack of healthy options. The lighting in our room was very dim at night and the power outlets took 24 hours to charge our mobile phones. The bathroom sink was broken and for it to drain, we had to remove the entire plug completely. When you walk into the gym facilities, you can instantly smell mould.
