U Pattaya

This is already my third time here. Since it's away from the city center, it's the perfect hotel to relax in peace. The beautiful beach and the wonderful people make it even more special. Especially May who greeted me every day with a warm smile made each day happier. I truly love this hotel and everyone who works here.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We needed a chill place to spend some time away from our hectic work life, and the promise was totally fulfilled. Very comfortable villa with private pool and jacuzzi. Nice restaurant and beach area. Really good food. And an amazing friendly, helpful and anticipating staff. We felt taken care of in every way.

This hotel is an absolute work of art. The care and creativity it clearly took to design the spaces really makes a difference in the experience. As beautiful as the space is, the staff members are the ones who truly make this an unforgettable experience. We were welcomed with so much hospitality, and throughout our stay the staff did a fantastic job making us feel special and cared for. The service is absolutely five star. The front desk was very responsive and had all of our needs met in a timely manner as they were requested. Also the food at Papillon is out of this world. During our stay, we ordered close to the entire menu and weren't disappointed once, and honestly pretty impressed most of the time.
