U Rivergate Resort & Spa Karjat

We had a pleasant family stay at U Rivergate Karjat Resort. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and scenic environment ideal for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, neat, and equipped with all essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the convenient features was the buggy service available to commute around the resort, especially to the restaurant and activity areas like kayaking. The food offered had a good variety, though the taste could be improved in some dishes. The spread at mealtimes was quite diverse, catering to different palates, but there’s room for enhancement in terms of flavor and presentation. We also enjoyed a brief guided tour of the property which gave us a good sense of the various facilities. The staff was courteous and provided good service throughout our stay. A highlight of the trip was the spa — highly recommended for anyone visiting. The body massage was rejuvenating and added a luxurious touch to the overall experience. In summary, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the resort for families looking for a short escape close to nature. With a few improvements in the food quality, the experience could be even better.

Loved the location and the room. I feel the service needs to be improved. I went for a breakfast in the morning and ordered omlet which took them 10 minutes to bring it to my table. When confronted the captain about it he told it takes time but the same omlet was given to other guests who ordered after me. Post this I ordered sunny side up egg but after waiting for 20 minutes no one showed up this was frustrating and had to leave without completing the breakfast. Also one thing which I noticed is that one of the instagram Influencer in her video showed that we can visit the river side but when I Inquired they straight said no.

We had booked top category rooms here. however No mobile network in property & rooms, not even wifi services working in property, when called for wifi complaint, they ignored and avoid by saying we will check and confirm. but not giving proper solution even after doing complaints 3 times. very few TV channels available and that also interrupted due to monsoon season(as per staff answer). cleanliness is also a big question. Food and services are average as compare to prices. We made a mistake that spends so much money for this kind of service & property. as compare to service they are charging more than double. will not recommend anyone.
