We chose this beautiful resort as our wedding venue and were thoroughly impressed. The sales team was exceptionally professional, attentive, and quick to respond to every question and request. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming and stress-free atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-presented, and praised by all our guests. The location is surprisingly peaceful and serene for being right in the heart of Bangkok, making it a perfect urban oasis for such a special occasion. Considering the high level of service, the stunning setting, and the overall quality of the experience, the pricing was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a smooth, elegant, and memorable wedding day.

I had the privilege to stay at this amazing hotel in Bangkok. It was a wonderful conclusion to our 10-day healing retreat! The staff at U Sathorn Bangkok were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond for us. Fresh towels and a refreshing grape drink greeted us upon arrival - perfect for beating the Bangkok heat. The hotel's location is convenient, with a 7/11 nearby and easy access to taxis for exploring the city. Comfortable beds. Well lit rooms. Amazing breakfast bar with delicious vegan friendly meals. The Guava Juice was so refreshing. I cannot remember the exact names of staff at breakfast, but everyone I encountered was super friendly and had amazing customer service. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Really relaxing, low key but elegant hotel that works so well as a Bangkok base. I dropped a star on location because it’s quite far from some things you might want to see (khao san road, for example, took us 1.5 hours to get to in a taxi in rush hour) but I have no quibbles about the hotel itself. Pool is lovely and a great way to spend a few hours unwinding. Great variety of breakfast options. Rooms are spacious, cool and chic.
