I definitely had a great experience with my friends. Jenny was very helpful—my friends and I had communication issues with the locals, but she helped us through it. The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful. I stayed at the hotel for a few days, and the staff was also very friendly. If you're in Bangkok, I highly recommend booking this hotel. Great option for a quiet, clean, and calm place to stay near the airport. The owner and staff are incredibly kind. I saw some reviews mentioning issues with getting food. I ordered dinner and smoothies via Grab (from two separate spots) and it was fast and drivers had zero trouble finding the place.

I can't recommend this hotel. We stayed in seven hotels with our dog during our trip to Thailand, and this was the most expensive and the worst one. It's not a pet-friendly hotel — the pet fee is 500 B per night. The location is terrible: it's in the slums of Bangkok. When you leave the hotel, you step right onto a noisy main road. There’s no sidewalk, so it’s very dangerous to walk around. There isn't plenty of green space.
