Stayed here in mid-April with my wife and daughter for a few nights. Definitely not 5 stars but 3 maximum based on our experience. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was far too small with limited space to move around, cigarettes discarded on the balcony from other guests and no TV channels were in English which is poor. Shower was excellent. Unfortunately, about 40 teenagers from a school trip were also staying in the hotel and some of them were always knocking and trying to open our door all night long, sometimes at 3am! This made trying to sleep and relax impossible. The rooms are not soundproof and our door would rattle constantly. Breakfast was extremely average and we had to always get up and order our own coffee rather than someone serving us at the table. The gym has no equipment apart from a couple of basic machines. The outdoor space/pool area was not in use due to it being slightly out of season but I expect the whole set up going down to the beach will be pretty good in summer. I must compliment the bar manager on the top floor who was excellent. He provided a great friendly service on all occasions which was much appreciated. All in all, taking into account other 5 star hotels we have visited across Europe, this is a 3 star experience.
Paid for a superior room, yet our toddler and we were bitten by bed bugs while staff ignored prior warnings. We now have to disinfect all our belongings, costing us significant time, effort, and money—completely unacceptable. We want our money back!! Not a 5 star hotel but not even 3 stars worth. Who wants to stay a night with bedbuds with so much money???
Not worth the money. The shower doors do not close, also there is mold in the corners. It is not possible to turn off the lights on the balcony - so it is light during the night in the room. We had to ask multiple times to get the coffee in the morning. But worst - the hotel advertisement suggests access to the beach but you need to pay extra as the beach belongs to a beach club. Additional cost per day depending on the option up to 60 EUR. Also you can't bring your own umbrella even if you pay, which we had to do as we have a small baby. I would not stay here again
