Ubud Green Resort Villas Powered by Archipelago

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say the villa was absolutely stunning – truly a piece of paradise. Everything about the place was beautiful, from the design to the atmosphere. The service was excellent, and every detail was taken care of with great care and professionalism. What really made the experience unforgettable were the amazing people working there – so kind, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel truly welcome and at home. Highly recommended,

The rooms were beautiful, we stayed in the ricefield view villa and you can watch the fireflies in the field which is beautiful. (Also a marketing opportunity or dinner among the fireflies offering). The resort had minimal insects as they perform insect control regularly, we did enjoy viewing a few outdoor geckos and frogs which were cute. The staff were super attentive and supportive. There was a Bali wide power outage which lasted a few hours and the staff reassured us with their 24/7 security, the camera system was still working and actively monitored with extra security site walks. They put my anxiety at ease and were very kind. The breakfast basket in the pool was an amazing experience I highly recommend. We also did the cooking glass and the morning market visit was great, we asked lots of questions about the local foods and snacks and made lots of purchases along the way. Thank you for having us. We would love to stay again on our next visit to Bali.

The staff in this hotel are one of the best we’ve ever met/encountered! Their attention to detail and their customer oriented mindset made the whole stay at this hotel so enjoyable. We rented a villa + private pool, and all the rooms were so clean. The location of the hotel was also great (20 mins walk to the center + the hotel offers a shuttle service). The only issue is the bugs and geckos entering the room (through small holes or whenever we’d open the door to enter/exit) but the hotel and staff cannot do much to control it.
