This resort was amazing! The location is quiet and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and a beautiful waterfall. The room was clean and spacious. What we enjoyed the most was the amazing service from the staff; they were so friendly and welcoming that absolutely made our trip more fulfilling. The Indonesian breakfast we tried was also amazing! One of the best meals I've had in Bali. 10/10.

My husband and I spent the first week of our honeymoon here and were absolutely blown away by the location and our room, it had a private pool and had a super luxurious feel. They also set up beautiful decorations in our room with flower petals that blew us away, it was honestly stunning! We also had a private yoga class on their yoga deck which was incredible due to basically being in the middle of the jungle and hearing all of those sounds while meditating was so surreal and magical! However, there are a few things to keep in mind before booking this place: It is in the middle of a jungle so if you don’t do well with bugs/lizards etc then avoid as you will struggle. The food menu is very limited so would not bother including lunch or dinner in your package as it’s very repetitive after a few days. - if you order room service, they generally take over an hour to bring the food so try to plan in advance if you want to do this This is located in a jungle with multiple very steep hills so it is not walkable to get to Ubud centre, you’ll need a scooter or taxi. The staff try their best to be accommodating but the feel we got is this place is still in its infancy and needs work from a management perspective so staff are trained to communicate better with each other rather than working in silos. For example, often our requests for room service/food was not passed on to the right team so it required multiple staff to separately contact us for clarification and this happened A LOT, which took away a bit of the luxury/relaxing feel for the trip. The spa is nice but it isn’t really a spa, it is a space for massages but there aren’t any other spa facilities. Overall, we’re still really glad we stayed here as there was no hotel quite like it in terms of the scenery, honestly the jungle noises when you’re in the private pool or going for a walk or waking up in the morning is just something else! But the above is worth noting as it did take some patience dealing with the hotel staff!

Horrible not the word. When we got there it was raining heavily. The road to this resort so steep that no taxi wanted to go there especially when it rains. Once we called them from the main road. Took them half hour to pick us up from the main road. This vehicle will only take to a certain point. After that you have to take a buggy, but due to rain their buggy do not work. Now we are forced to walk up the hill, then again take stairs to the reception. Which altogether was very unpleasant situation especially with a lower back pain. They do not have manager on site to talk to. In the end I had to leave the place bcz if the situation and no support. The complete booking was not refundable. All together I lost my money and time dealing with this property. The only bad experience I had in whole of Bali.
