Tranquil, relaxing and a 5star service. This place is a hidden gem! Amazing place offering a totally serene, calming and memorable experience. The food and services surpasses the rating - needs to be more than 3 stars! The staff are wonderful ( especially the lovely Jane! who will reassure and answer any questions prior to your trip! ) nothing is too much trouble for the rest of the amazing team. We experienced the full spa package and will forever remember this! We booked the deluxe room and this included afternoon tea ( so tasty!) as well as breakfast and other experiences. You also get 1 day floating breakfast if you stay more than 3 days. I would happily return! Just amazing!

This place can only be described as " supreme ". Had the most beautiful and faultless stay and am still thinking about the place in cold Melbourne. My partner and I joined 11 other friends. We were pampered, made very welcomed and made to feel very special. Our villa, 102 was very comfortable ,clean and well equipped. All bedding was of top quality and the mattress and pillows so good. We dined daily in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were faultless. So delicious. The staff are really an asset. Always smiling and always gracious. We spent our days by the beautiful pool, with daily afternoon tea of delicious bites, tea and coffee. You also must experience the Balinese Cultural Show and Buffet. Our stay was simply amazing. My partner and I wish to sincerely thank all staff for their hospitality. I am spreading the word and telling all my friends. We will be back.

Our visit to Ubud Valley Boutique Resort has been nothing short of blissful and a highlight of our trip. The gardens are beautifully designed and maintained and provide a tranquil ocean of greenery and music of the forest. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and stylish. Built as an authentic wooden house, our room provided more comfort than you could possibly need. The bed itself is a wooden woodwork-of-art. We particularly liked our afternoon tea and coffee on the canopy with a view over the lush forest. Imagine coming back from a five-star massage in your bathrobe, sipping tea overlooking nature.... The breakfast was a feast every day with many interesting choices. More than enough to survive the day - and then some. My biggest compliments to the staff. Everyone is happy to have a chat, and many of them have worked at the resort for many years. These ladies and gentlemen know 'hospitality'.
