The hotel is a must visit. It is a very comfortable place, the view is so attractive and the environment so clean. And a big thanks to Gamze Hanım I love her approach to guests.
Overall I would say this is a 4 star hotel, the staff were not the best and the value for money was average, though the facilities like the 2 pools and breakfast were great. It had amazing views of pigeon valley and not far from the main centre of Uchisar. Would stay here again.
NOT WORTH IT. First of all, I left behind a gold & diamond ring in the room and it was stolen. My fault I guess, fine. There is no elevator and chances are you will not get a room on the lobby floor. The bellman is pretty rude and unwilling to assist unless you make it clear you’ll be tipping him. The breakfast and dinner buffet are at most average, and if you go within the last hour there won’t be much left and they won’t restock even if there are people showing up at that time. We also tried the Turkish “massage” package at the spa and the entire treatment was supposed to be an hour. Not only did they cut us 10 minutes short, but there was no real massage to it. It was just a Turkish bath (please google this before you try it) and the clay mask consisted of us pretty much washing our own face. Lastly, this hotel is not a cave, it’s a building that was built to resemble a cave. Very nice try though, but overall would not recommend based on their service.
