Came here for aerial yoga and sound healing First time doing aerial yoga and it was so fun! The yoga spot was at an elevated ground with an ocean view so you could feel the breeze and hear the sounds of the waves while doing yoga. Amazing. Sound healing was a very unique experience. The scale was pretty legitimate and every sound is intensified in the venue. Would recommend if you are looking for a unique and physically relaxing experience.
Wow! My daughter stumbled across this place while looking for a yoga class. We were staying in Kuta which was a little far for us but we figured it would be nice to see a new part of Bali. We had to take a taxi at 6:30am to make the morning class but wow was it worth it!! Elly was amazing! We had so much fun! As a beginner for aerial yoga I was a little nervous, but Elly made me feel so comfortable we decided to come back a second time! The 1.5 hour drive was totally worth it to us! The second class we took was in the evening and the view was incredible! I highly recommend taking one of her classes.
Tried the aerial yoga class at Udara Bali and absolutely loved it! The vibe was so peaceful with the ocean breeze, and the hammock flow felt both playful and deeply relaxing. The instructor was super kind and made it easy to follow, even for beginners. Left the class feeling lighter, refreshed, and recharged. ✨🪷
