We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The view of the hills was absolutely breathtaking and added so much to the overall experience. Housekeeping did an excellent job,everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was also delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! Staff Member- Harwinder, Tarun, Saavitaey and Bharti. Housekeeping Staff- Ajay and Anjana and Bhajan Das all staff are very polite.

I recently stayed at Hotel Udman Naldehra Grand in Shimla and had a truly wonderful experience. I would especially like to appreciate the outstanding service provided by your staff—DK, Puneet, and Danu—who were all extremely courteous, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, adding to our comfort. A special mention must go to the chefs—Pankaj, Chef Ashish, and Chef Suraj Rawat—for preparing delicious meals; both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant—we look forward to visiting again!

I had a fantastic stay—the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a highlight.
