Our stay was wonderful! The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. We also loved that sunbeds on the beach were included in the price. Everything about our experience was excellent — highly recommended!
This happened in the restaurant at the hotel, and has nothing to do with the hotel. Me and my family wanted to get some food, and we saw this restaurant, and decided this was the place we were gonna eat at. And I must say the restaurant is beautifully furnished and welcoming, but unfortunately our experience wasn't that good. First of all, we sit down, and my whole family gets leather menus, and I simply get a piece of laminated paper with only the pizza options for some reason, keep in mind I'm 17. And it wasn't because they ran out of menus, because a family beside us got menus right after that. I don't know why the waiter just decided I should only get the pizza menu? That was the first thing that made this experience negative for me. After we ordered, we waited about 15 minutes for our food which is honestly a good time, with all the costumers they had. But the food was seriously dry. My family all ordered chicken, which was overcooked and flavourless. I ordered a steak, and I expected a steak, but when they didn't ask how I wanted it, I was quite suspicious of what I was going to get, and I had the right to be. What I got was a couple thin sliced pieces of meat, which was really dry and chewy, with little to no taste. When we asked for the bill, we asked if we could get a discount because of the food, and they did offer us to remake the steak for me, but it was too late, we already ate and just wanted to leave. So we paid full price for the food, which we didn't even eat a lot of. The waiter was understanding, but it was a bit too late at that point. A beautiful place, but not a good experience for me and my family.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional. Even though we checked out earlier than planned, we were asked to move our car from the parking lot immediately, which felt very disrespectful. On top of that, we were also charged for the sunbeds on the last day, which should have been included in the stay. Is this really how you expect to attract German and American visitors? This kind of behavior only drives people away. Honestly, I wouldn’t even call this place a proper hotel — it doesn’t deserve that name. Such places should be boycotted until they learn how to treat their guests properly.
