Ukino Palmeiras Village 24h All Inclusive

It was amazing. Rooms were clean Staff was very helpful and kind Momo restaurant was amazing and yummy. The masseuse was brilliant I was so relaxed after The kids loved the pools The dress codes they had for each day was fun and the white party with the belly dancers was really cool Overall 10/10 The only thing I would say if they have toddlers staying the floors should be softer maybe.

We are just back from 10 days staying in this amazing hotel. We booked based on the amazing reviews and it did not disappoint. I think the only thing I would rate down is the theatre so let's get that out the way. The pillars in here are a bit of a nightmare so unless you get the right seat it's difficult to see the stage. Now the good stuff, everything else. The hotel is massive, there's so much going on. The rooms are very well maintained, cleaned every day unless you pop the do not disturb sign on, and you are provided a bottle of water to refill every day. There are a few swimming pools, and we mainly spent time at the entertainment pool. Here there were 3 water slides, a large swimming pool and the kids splash park. We were always able to find sunbeds (yes there were the typical sunbed reservers in the morning but we always managed to get the beds we wanted after breakfast). Speaking of breakfast the food was brilliant, themed nights meant it was never samey. There were plenty of tables to sit at, of different sizes. As part of our stay we were entitled to a meal at the Asian restaurant which was enjoyable. The snack bar served great food se well. So much still to mention, the excellent VR area, the mini disco, the location to a nearby beach, the bar. Then on certain days they had birds of prey or reptiles that you could take pictures with. If you haven't guessed already I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is absolutely spotless! The cleaning team are constantly keeping all the areas pristine. The rooms are really nice, bathroom is very modern and smart and Shower is very powerful. The swimming pool is also really clean as are the slides. Great kids play/splash area with smaller slides for the little ones. Life guards constantly keeping a watch over the pool! The kids entertainment is great and has trampolines, castles and games. The staff are very polite and friendly. Just a 5 min walk from the beach and there’s a little land train right outside the hotel for travelling into the nearest town. We are half way through our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars from us 👍🏻
