Ulaman is a one of a kind oasis. From the details within the designs of the grounds , the buildings, spa and individual rooms , it is extraordinary. What i feel sets this resort apart from others I’ve been to is the people. Each person was genuinely committed to ensuring our stay was something special. The care and attention to the smallest requests was always met with a smile . The food was first class. I highly recommend the romantic dinner for two by the waterfall. It is an experience that you will never forget. And the floating breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. Dino was a true gentleman and his passion for Ulaman shows in the energy and positive environment he has created for the employees and guests. I highly recommend visiting and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Staying at Ulaman Bali has truly been an unforgettable experience. The service is exceptional, with every staff member showing genuine kindness and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in paradise. Not only was my reservation handled with such care, but they even applied a discount at the payment stage and gifted me a bottle of wine. The mini bar is almost completely replenished every day, and most of the items are complimentary — a rare and thoughtful touch. I came to Ulaman with three of my friends for a girls trip, and I can honestly say it was one of the most magical experiences we’ve ever had. We stayed in one of the new Phase 3 two-bedroom villas—highly, highly recommend! The food was incredible, and the staff was always on time, incredibly fast, and unbelievably kind. Every single person went above and beyond to make our stay special. And the property itself? Absolutely stunning. Words truly can’t describe the beauty of the rooms, the villa, and the entire ambiance. The architecture alone feels like a work of art. The spa area—complete with a sauna, steam room, ice bath, hot tub, and amazing massages—was the cherry on top! Everything, down to the clean, filtered water, made us feel incredible the entire stay. It honestly felt like a dream… a fairytale. Can’t wait to come back!
